You can immediately tell that Adam is educated, experienced, and passionate about what he does. We toured the building, which was originally built in 1962, and were able to see all of the machines and meat cutting live in action! He said some of his biggest mentors have been his brother, dad, and business partner Ted Prehn.
If you have not been in the store lately we highly recommend you go. They have a variety of flavors of meat sticks, kabobs, and we personally could not get enough of all of the cheeses. We highly recommend trying the smoked bacon cheddar.
